RAISING INCLUSION INTO THE LABOUR MARKET OF REFUGEES, ASYLUM-SEEKERS AND MIGRANTS, ON THE BASE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCIES DEVELOPMENT
Description Of the project
1.To develop innovative training curricula, methods and contents on entrepreneurial and career planning skills to improve migrants professional training.
2. Improve the entrepreneurial and career planning skills of migrants as well as to support their integration in the EU labour market.
3. Gain knowledge from various areas experts for migrant’s social portrait conclusion.
This objective is to be achieved by comparative analysis, experience exchanges, identification and sharing of existing good practices among five organizations working with migrant’s education in Romania, Lithuania, Finland, Spain and Cyprus. All these countries are currently exposed to important migrant’s integration of into society. Problem of migrant’s integration is very relevant in the whole Europe and the cooperation and collaboration between member countries have to be encouraged in order to create the appropriate measures and tools to handle such problems. Furthermore, it is important to find out, use and exchange the positive experience to deal with problems.
During the project, partners will create joint Program "Guidance for labour market integration of migrants" (thereinafter – Program). This Program will consist of 5 main modules: Life Long Learning; Requirements and Needs of Labour Market; Different Situations in Labour Market; Cultural surroundings; Working culture. In the process of creating Program the participants will take into consideration partners' labour markets needs and cultural differences. At the end of the project this Program will be used amongst migrants in all countries thinking about integration in the EU and career in EU international companies.

1.NGO from Lithuania "Creative Future Ideas (KAI)" working with different adult groups and organizations in non-formal education field. KAI teachers have big experience in using non-formal training methods in education, organizing seminars, conferences, events. NGO is open to all adult who wish to participate actively in non-formal education activities, and provides a variety of opportunities to develop their creative abilities and knowledge of their profession in scientific, technological, artistic, sports, tourism sections. The rationale behind this aspirational - an intelligent, thinking, creative person.
Main aim of NGO is: to unite and activate the creative people, institutions and / or organizations to encourage their creativity, to spread a positive experience, to take part in various projects directly related to the activities of the association.
The aim of the association is actively involved in the work of building the culture of Europe, taking care of the development of national cultures, regional, rescue them from the unification of mass global culture. The organization creates a platform for the participation of Lithuanian natural and legal persons in the EU projects.
Association tasks:
1. Organize seminars, training, active recreation and other events, contests, an educational support projects, engage in sponsored search, develops creative publishing activities, educational topics;
2. Communicate and cooperate with enterprises, institutions, organizations, spreading positive experience, improving their employees' skills, solving performance problems, provide methodological support professional.
3. Looking economic, technical and international relations and coordinates the actions of members of the Association in the implementation of joint projects;
2.Asociatia Everest is a small non-profit Romanian association that is active since 2010 in the field of training and social support for adults and young people. It provides vocational education, formal and informal adult education, health education and health promotion, awareness raising campaigns and social research.
Asociatia Everest is also running awareness rising campaigns and pilot projects on social related issues for different vulnerable groups located in disfavored town neighborhoods and rural areas.
Among our projects: ''There is no excuse for violence! Fight for your right to a quiet life!'' aiming to raise awareness and to fight domestic violence against women and children, through informing and making aware the nurses and the midwives concerning the implications of the domestic violence and of its consequences, increasing the involvement of nurses and midwives in supporting the victims of domestic violence and guiding them to specialized services that can provide personalized solutions, developing the nurses' and midwives' capacity for action in the best interest of the victims; ''Don't make a fool of yourself! Drug, alcohol and smoking addiction can make you lose the freedom of being yourself!'' The goal of the project consists in raising awareness on the effects of drugs, medication, ethno botanical herbs, alcohol and tobacco consumption and addiction and it an integrated project addressing to youth, patients, nurses and midwives; ''A happy family – support and education for families living in rural area'' consisting in activities that involve support, information, counseling on family planning and health education and meant to improve the life quality of disadvantaged families from rural area.
In implementing our projects we involve local stakeholders, such as schools and universities, town halls, hospitals, social protection agencies, churches and parishes, other vocational education providers.
3.The SSM Global Training services is a multi-discipline learning centre founded in 2007 to provide education and training for adults in Larnaca Region of Cyprus. The number of permanent staff (teachers, trainers and administrative staff) is 18.
The main function of SSM Training center is to provide initial and continuing training and education for adults. Vocational adult education can be self-motivated further education, or organised as employment or in-service training programmes, or based on apprenticeship contracts.
Training and education cover school-based, institute level, even to higher vocational level. Many training programmes, conducted to achieve external certificates and diplomas from UK universities leading to formal qualifications: basic, advanced or specialised qualifications.
The Institute of Continuing Education offers a large and flexible programme of part-time learning opportunities for adults. The Institute is committed both to the highest standards of excellence, and to ensuring that the unparalleled academic strengths and resources are made available to as many interested learners as possible.
Our teaching and learning work is supported and complemented by vigorous and expanding research activity across a variety of subject areas.
4.EMPRENDE EMPLEO, ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR EMPLOYMENT, is a women's organization based in Calatayud, Spain. Our scope is European.
Our association has around 350 women associated, from small towns in our region, Aragón.
Our mission is to improve the conditions and quality of life in rural areas; encourage the empowerment and self-esteem of women, promote entrepreneurial skills and self employment.
To this end, since 2003 we organized local activities, mainly in the 67 villages in the area Comarca de Calatayud and Teruel province, and we have participated in different European projects. Mainly adult education and youth projects.
5.Turku University of Applied Sciences Ltd. (TUAS) is a multidisciplinary institution of higher education offering competitive qualifications for international careers in Arts, Health and Well-being, Business, ICT, Life sciences and Technology. As one of the leading universities of applied sciences in Finland, TUAS hosts 9,500 students studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
TUAS works closely with local municipalities and enterprises in research and development projects. Studies at TUAS are working-life oriented, combining theoretical studies with professional skills. The results of applied R&D collaboration ensure that teaching is current and based on best practices from working life.
Faculty of Health and Well-being has 17 degree programmes, 2500 students and 170 staff with expertise in rehabilitation, health care and social service education.
